Rufnummer Mitnahme prepaid nach Kündigung

Ich habe eine schriftliche kündigung zu meinem prepaid zum 12.4.24 mit guthabensuszahlung per e-mail an die telekom online abgeschickt. Eine kündigungsbestätigung habe ich zu dem 12.4.24 erhalten. 
Daraufhin habe O2 beauftrag meine rufnummer zu übernehmen, das wird von der telekom abgelehnt. Gespräche mit dem telekom kundenhotline haben keine lösung gebracht, was kann ich noch tun.
