  1. Hallo in die Runde,

 

ich habe die Kündigung meiner Family Card zum 10.01.23 bestätigt bekommen. 
Die Rufnummermitnahme die ich beantragt habe,  bekomme ich aber erst zum 13.01.23

 

Was kann ich unternehmen bzgl. der 3 Tage Differenz? 
In dieser Zeit brauch ich unbedingt mein Handy zu Nutzung.

      Hat sich erledigt.

      Die Kündigung wurde im Kundencenter auf 13.01. geändert…..
