Hallo, mein Galaxy S5 lädt plötzlich nicht mehr richtig, die Ladeanzeige geht immer aus und an. Das Netztteil ist ein Originales. Der Vertrag mit dem Handy habe ich im September 2014 verlängert. Welche Möglichkeiten bietet mir die Telekom. Der Vertrag ist ein Magenta M Business. Vielen Dank
