Hello,

i am receiving lately a lot of calls from this number: +49 800 3302220. Stating they are from telekom and they even provided details related with my account. 
i always tell them that my german is not that great and cannot fully understand what they want, they will say will callback with an English speaker and always receive the callback from the same female who speaks no English.

i looked it up and shows indeed as being a Telekom Departement.

From my understanding they want something related with my price that i pay but i cannot understand exactly what.I tried telling i will go in a shop and they said this cannot be made into a shop.

Can someone from Telekom let me know if they are indeed telekom related and if so, what do they want?
