My son's sim card went bad. I went to the local on base store. Instead of making a new sim card for my sons line they cancelled mine. I contacted them to get my phone sim card working by phone, no resolution. I went in they told me to take the new sim card with my number from my son's phone and use it in mine and they would get a new one with my son's number. They did that and then cancelled the new card with my number again. I have been trying for a week now to fix my phone. Based on this and the extremely high cost I am cancelling service. I want my phone number back, I don't know why my line will not cancel until Jan 2023 I have had service for 4 years. When cancelling I want to port my numbers. I am extremely frustrated with this simple task taking a week with no fix. I pay 200 euro a month and other services offer 12 GB for 18.99 a month. I have 3 more years left and will be leaving your company.

I'm sorry to read that you are experiencing difficulties with your and the sim card of your son.
On which time are you available for a call, so I can take a closer look at your sim card?

The number I put in my contact information is my phone number (sim cancelled) who has been assigned or given to someone else. I can edit my contact number to my wife. So know I have no idea who has my phone number. I will update the information shortly.

I updated the additional information, on my wife's Whatsapp my phone number contact now shows someone else who she has no idea. It would seem since my sim card has been cancelled after the past week my phone number has been issued to someone else. How can this be if when I tried to cancel service I was told I can't until Jan 2023, I have been a customer since Jan 2018.
