Sim- Karten freischaltung

Hallo,

Ich habe das Problem das ich mir eine Sim-Karte gekauft habe vor 4 Tagen und die Mitarbeiter vorort meinten, das die Aktivierung/Freischaltung zwei bis drei Werktagr dauert.

Doch leider ist meine Sim-Karte noch nicht aktiviert und ich weiß nicht, was ich machen soll.

Ich hoffe jemand kann mir helfen.
