Smartphone erkennt Provider nicht

Nachdem ich in China von Chengdu nach Hangzhou gewechselt bin, erkennt mein Smartphone den Provider ChinaMobile nicht mehr. Ich kann daher das Smartphone nicht nutzen. Mein Zweitgerät mit Congstar Vertrag funktioniert.
