Telekom Fon Hotspot not working

Hi,
recently I bought a 30 days telekom hotspot pass, unfortunately, after a few days of using it stopped working. I’m using iphone with IOS 14.4.2, and while I’m trying to connect it says: “Unable to join the network”.

Which hotspot is it? With "Telekom_Fon" it is a hotspot over a private connection. These can be parked by the customer himself. Likewise, they only have 5 spaces available.

@Gelöschter Nutzer and @muc80337_2 already gave great advices. All Information are for TElekom_FON, and doesn't affect the "Telekom Hotspot". If you have problems with one of the "Telekom HotSpot" I'm able to check everything and help you.
