Hello,
I would like to terminate my Telekom mobile contract under the new TKG law. It states that 1 month notice is required to terminate a contract.

That is possible.
You have to delete your existing termination and then simply re-enter it.
Then it fits.

Yes but the option online only allows for 3 months. When I go into a Telekom store they refuse to update it.

As discussed, I have now canceled the contract on January 6, 2022.
Please note that in February you will still receive a bill for the 6 days in January.
With this in mind, I wish you a nice evening.
