leider ist es, wie @Dunja Baumgartner schon richtig erklärte, nicht möglich. Der Wechsel auf einen Premium-Vertrag wird nur im Zuge einer Vertragsverlängerung angeboten. Ich hätte dir lieber besser Nachrichten mitgebracht.
