Zudem habe ich mir das gerade mal angeschaut und sehe, dass hierzu bereits Kontakt mit den Kollegen bestand und auch vermerkt wurde, dass die Rückabwicklung fehlerhaft eingestellt wurde. Mit dem Vermerkt, dass der Vertrag zum 10. Mai 2022 endet und das bei einer eventuellen Kündigung berücksichtigt wird.

es tut mir leid, dass offenbar das Datum bei der Kündigung nicht direkt berücksichtigt wurde. Aber ich kümmere mich gerne darum.
Doch hierzu ist dann doch das Telefonat zur Legitimierung nötig. Daher vorweg meine Frage: Wann kann ich dich telefonisch am besten erreichen?
