Video Ident Bestätigung fehlt (2x)?

Hallo,

Vor fast 2 Tagen habe ich online einen MagentaMobil M for friends-Vertrag abgeschlossen und seitdem 2x das Video Ident Verfahren gemacht, leider ohne, dass ich eine automatische Email danach bekommen hätte.

Das 2. Mal habe ich es aufgrund einer reminder email gemacht, die mich schon erstaunte.

Woher weiß ich, ob es diesmal geklappt hat?
