Hallo @wolle1962 ich habe dir hier noch unser Hilfe-Video zu dem Thema Self Service mitgebracht.
Alternativ hast du sonst schon einmal das Video-Ident probiert?
Dort sprichst du direkt mit unserem Fachteam um die Legitimation vornehmen zu lassen.
