Hallo @Telekom_hilft Team,
ich habe gestern morgen eine "PlusKarte+ mit Rufnummernmitnahme & Top-Smartphone" bestellt.
Um 9:40h habe ich dann diese zwei SMS bekommen...
Und dann um 11:37h diese SMS....
Was stimmt denn jetzt ??? Wurde der Auftrag jetzt storniert oder doch nicht ???
Es wäre nett, wenn jemand vom @Telekom_hilft Team dies bzgl. mich mal anrufen könnte.
Im KC unter "Auftragsstatus" für Mobilfunk ist "wenn noch" kein Auftrag hinterlegt.
