Prepaid bestellung storniert

Hallo,

 

ich hab mir am Samstag MagentaMobile Prepaid M bestellt. Leider hab ich wohl übersehen das ich innerhalb 48h die Video-Ident machen muss. Ich dachte erst wenn die Sim Karte da ist muss ich diese per Video Ident freischalten. Jetzt steht bei meinem Auftrag (Auftrags ID: XXXX) das meine Bestellung storniert wurde. Meine Frage ist jetzt ob man da jetzt noch was machen kann oder ob ich komplett neu bestellen muss?
