Comet Thermostate Fehlermeldung C2 & C3

Hallo

Habe seit einiger Zeit zwei Comet Wifi Thermostate über Alexa/Speedport Pro+ laufen.

Seit heute Mittag haben beide Thermostate die Fehlermeldung C3/C2.

Eine Neuinstalation über die Zuhause App schlägt fehl.

Habe die beiden Thermostate jetzt mit der SmartLiving App ohne Probleme verbunden.

Sonst noch jemand Probleme mit der Verbindung zum Speedport Router ?
