Homematic IP Fensterkontakt finden

Hallo,

ich habe bereits zwei Fensterkontakte von Homematic IP erfolgreich in das Magenta Smart Home System eingebunden (war etwa in 2017). Nun habe ich zwei weitere Kontakte gekauft (ebenfalls HMIP-SWDO), diese lassen sich aber nicht in der Geräte-Suche der Magenta Smart Home App finden. Einen Reset der beiden Geräte habe ich ebenfalls schon nach Anleitung durchgeführt. Kann mir jemand hierzu helfen?
