Ledvance Outdoor plug lässt sich mit Home Base 2 nicht verbinden

Hallo, ich versuche seit Tagen verzweifelt den Ledvance plug zu verbinden und habe schon alles möglich probiert. Ich habe einige plug´s und Lampen von Osram. Das hat immer super funktioniert.

Also ich habe schon Zigbee (intern) neu gestartet, den plug 10sec Reset.

Kann mir jemand helfen?
