mein Magenta Smart Heizkörperthermostat (zwei Wochen alt) ist definitiv defekt. Meine Frage an das Forum: Wo bekomme ich ein Retourenschein (kostenlose Rücksendung) und wie lautet die Adresse? Ich möchte nämlich den Thermostat austauschen.
