Guten Tag, ich verwende die Home Base 2 und 3 Homematic BROLL Aktoren. Bei 2 dieser Aktoren tritt das Problem auf, dass nach einer gewissen Zeit das Öffnen der Rolladen nicht funktioniert. Schließen geht immer. Bei Verwendung der App oder auch bei Regeln gibt es keinerlei Probleme. Nach Reset des Aktors funktioniert wieder alles.
