Smarhome Geräte

Nach Umstellung auf Speedport Smart 3 (auch als Zentrale für Smarthome) kann ich die  "alten" MagentaSmarthome Geräte (Tür- und Fensterkontakt, Innensirene ) nicht mehr über die Smarthome App aktivieren, d.h. die Zentrale findet sie nicht.

Alle diese Geräte sind laut Telekom Liste auch mit dem neuen Router/Smarthome kompatibel.

Wo liegt mein Fehler?

      Hallo Matthias, 

      Dank Deiner Tips bin ich erfolgreich auf der HomeBase 2 als Zentrale. Aber was heisst " ordentlich abmelden "?

      Geräte löschen? Und wie ziehe ich um? Mit gleichen Link den Du mir geschickt hast.
