Tür/Fensterkontakt Magnetisch wird nicht erkannt

Hi

Nachdem ich endlich den Aktivierungslink bekommen habe und ich sowohl den Speedport Smart als auch die SmartHome App in Betrieb nehmen konnte, wird der Kontakt nicht gefunden. Den Reset Taster habe ich auch bereits mehrmals betätigt mehr als 1,5 Meter ist der Kontakt auch vom Speedport entfernt, Router neu gestartet, alles noch einmal, doch ohne Erfolg. Wie kann ich es endlich in Betrieb nehmen?

      Ist die DECT -Pin im Speedport 0000?
