WIZ Zwischenstecker

Hallo, versuche einen WIZ Zwischenstecker in mein Smarthome einzubinden.

Entweder funktioniert er in der WIZ-App und in Magenta Smarthome oder nur in Magenta Zuhause. In Magenta Zuhause eingebunden ist er in der WIZ App dann ganz verschwunden.

Was mache ich falsch?
