Gibt es Troubleshooter noch?

Hallo zusammen, ich habe am Montag 2 Troubleshooter Fälle versendet u. habe bisher keine Reaktion.
Ich habe diesmal auch keine Bestätigungsmail erhalten, obwohl ich den SENDEN-Button erfolgreich gedrückt hatte
Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen? Danke u. liebe Grüsse, Antje

Ich kenn nur eine Art Troubleshooter und das wäre eine reine interne Sache.
