Keine Eingangsbestätigung von Retoure

Habe im Zuge einer Kaufrückabwicklung ein Glasfasermodem zurück geschickt. Nach über drei Wochen habe ich noch nicht Mal eine Eingangsbestätigung bekommen. Wie lange dauert die Bearbeitung von Retouren?

      Das Glasfasermodem ist am 19. August 2024 angekommen und die Überweisung eures Guthabens geht Donnerstag heraus.
