Roater connection

Hey all,

I have changed my contract with Telekom as I changed my living address. The technician came and checked the phone socket however he refused to connect the roater as this is another service that costs up to 100€. I am left now with hanging wires and the roater. No clue what to use to connect (if NFN dose) or which wires.

appreciate the help.

      Hello @Sari

welcome to the forum. What did the technician do ? At the first visit of the technician, the line is checked and if there are problems, then the box should also be replaced (1st telephone box). The way you describe it, you currently have wires hanging there. Can you post a photo of it ? Greetings

PS: Which router do you currently have?

Your unnamed Router has a UserManual. Take it and Read it.

Why you do not pay? It seems that you really need this service 🤔
