Umzug - Move to Nurnberg

Hi,
I ordered a move (Umzug ) from Wiesbaden to Nurnberg and I got the message from Telekom "Es kommt kein Techniker zu Ihnen. Die Bereitstellung erfolgt direkt in unserem Netz."
But in the house I have no utp connection. Only the koax and telephone ( TAE ).
I'm using my router (TPLink) in Wiesbaden via utp and I connect the TV-box(Media Receiver 401 Typ B) to that router via utp also, its working good.
I tried to reach the Kundenservice via chat but its only english. I tried to call the english support on +4918023331000
I must working from home starting next Monday and I ran out of the ideas how can I fix it.
I would need a technican in the house to see what can we do. Should we replace my modem? Can someone contact me?

Plse move the cursor of your pc mouse to the three points top right.
Click to the three points.
A drop down list will be opened - you must move to "Nicht die Lösung".
Plse click there - the green hook will disappear.

telephone ( TAE ).
This is the standard connector for DSL connections in Germany.
You only need a TAE to RJ45 cable like this:

Attention: Some routers use RJ11 connectors for DSL, therefore you would need a TAE to RJ11 cable.
