Bei RTL keine Anmeldung über Magenta möglich

Hallo,

ich habe seit neusten den Smart Tarif und habe mich über den Link der Anmeldmail bei RTL+

registriert.

Beim aufrufen von RTL+ ist eine Anmeldung über den " Magenta Kunde " -Button aber nicht möglich.

Hat jemand einen Tip ?
