dauernd werbung bei RTL+

seit gestern kommt bei RTL+ dauernd Werbung (ca alle 10 Minuten). Egal ob ich über MagentaTv gehe oder direkt zu RTL+. Zusätzlich heisst es nur im Upgrade. Was kann ich tun das RTL+ wieder normal geht ohne dauernde Werbung?
