Mein kostenloses Magenta Moments Geschenk 12 Monate Disney plus ist am 15.10. ausgelaufen. Nun wollte ich über meinen Mobilfunkvertrag das Angebot für 3€ mtl. als Option zubuchen. Wird immer bestätigt über App oder Kundencenter auf der Homepage aber bekomme keine Bestätigungsmail oder sms. Könnt ihr mir bitte helfen?
