Hallo,

ich habe einen Zuhause TV 1.0
Und die Disney+ Zubuchoption.

Als Disney Werbung einfügte, wurde ich Premium upgegradet.

Nun möchte ich zum 1.November Disney + downgraden
auf Standrd (ohne Werbung).

Wie mache ich dies am besten ?

Aber auf keinem Fall möchte ich den 1.0 Status verlieren.

Danke im Vorraus.
