Fehlermeldung Magenta TV auf Apple 4K

Aktuell bekomme ich häufig bei Magenta TV folgende Fehlermeldung

 

(4002000)  (46151)

 

Die Meldungen kommen seit ca. 2 Wochen in unregelmäßigen Abständen. Manche sender funktionieren, einige funktio ieren mit der o.g. Fehlermeldung nicht. 
Alle anderen App‘s auf der Apple Box laufen ohne Probleme

      Ich habe meinen Vertrag umgestellt auf 2.0. jetzt funktioniert alles wieder!
