Hallo,

Auf Apple TV 4K über LAN läuft Magenta TV.

Problem: Manchmal friert das Bild ein, aber nur der eine Sender. Die anderen Kanäle gehen. Habe bereits vieles versucht. Neustart, Apple TV komplett neu installiert, LAN und WLAN.

Bandbreite ist ausreichend (250 Mbit).

Fehlercode 4002000. Habe meinen Cloudspeicher komplett gelöscht.

über Hilfe würde ich mich freuen
