Is the neccessary Contract ordered via Telekom ( Magenta TV or Magenta TV+) ?
Is the Order Status in the Customer Centre finished or are there still Parts open esp. to be finished?

Not really,
Sorry forgot to mention 1 thing, I am using the same Connection, Receiver 401 and TV last 8 months, just last week i tried to another network, and it looks in my Setup this another network got settled, Now I am not sure how do i release that memory and reinstall with Magenta connection.
And Yes, I am conencted via HDMI cable.
I tried all options in set up (D. Arial, D. Cable, Sattelite, etc) with manual or Automatic channel scan, but doesn't work.

Do you get to see the menu system of the MR401?

MR 401 is IP-TV and has nothing to do with either Arial, Cable, or Sattelit.
You have to select as source the HDMI port to which the MR 401 is connected.

MR401 will definitely not work in a Unitymedia environment.
I am not Sure, wether Magenta TV runs in Unitymedia, aus they have their own TV Platform

1) Network reset of all devices in the network.
2) Carry out minimal wiring. This also includes switching off the wireless connection and connecting the media receiver directly to the router via cable. Disconnect all other network connections from the router.
3) Factory reset of the media receiver.
4) Use the original cable, provided by Telekom.
5) Check version number and update if necessary (media receiver and TV)
Write to me if it helped. I look forward to your message.
Kind Regards
Martin Bo.
