Kann kein RTl+ aktivieren

Ich habe Magenta Zuhause L mit Magenta TV plus. 

Wollte mich jetzt am TV  einloggen bzw. RTL + aktivieren.  Aber es klappt nicht, soll mich an den Kundendienst wenden.   Hat mir jemand eine Lösung? 😊
