Kein einloggen bei wowtv über magentatv mit magenta tv box möglich

Hallo, 

ich kann mich bei der Magenta Tv Box nicht in meinen Wow Tv Account einloggen. Bei der Magenta Tv App auf meinem Fernseher bzw. Handy habe ich kein Problem. Ich hatte vorher einen Skyticket Account, der dann umbenannt worden ist. Ich weiß nicht, ob es damit zu tun hat.

      Hallo, vielen Dank für die Antwort. 

      Ich habe mein Passwort zurückgesetzt und auf einmal war ich drin. Habe mich bloß gewundert, da ich mein Zugang nicht geändert habe.
