Magenta TV Netflix auf Premium ändern

Hallo, ich habe ein Magenta TV mit Netflix Abo und würde gerne auf Premium wechseln. Leider funktioniert dies nicht. Laut Netflix liegt der Fehler bei der Telekom, könnten Sie mir hier weiterhelfen?
