Magenta TV stick ständig wlan neu eingeben; Stick loggt sich aus

Hallo,

ich habe 4 Magenta TV Sticks am smart 3 angeschlossen. Leider starten die Sticks sehr oft nicht selbstständig, meistens wenn sie längere Zeit (über Nacht) ausgeschaltet wurden. Bei drei Fernsehern habe ich die Stromversorgung über USB. Ziehe ich die USB Versorgung ab und stecke sie neu, dann startet der Stick manchmal. Startet der Stick nicht und ich ziehe die Stromversorgung erneut ab und stecke sie sie wieder, dann startet der Stick, aber die WLAN Verbindung ist weg.

Bei einem Gerät habe ich die Werkseinstellungen wieder hergestellt und alles neu eingestellt, brachte aber auch keine Besserung.

 

Wo kann ich die Option" Immer eingeloggt bleiben" einstellen?

    der USB-Anschluss deines Fernsehers bietet keine ausreichende Stromstärke.

    Hallo @Joern.Korte die Sticks bitte mit dem mitgelieferten Netzteil an der Steckdose anschließen. Nicht am USB vom TV. der USB-Anschluss deines Fernsehers bietet keine ausreichende Stromstärke.

    Als Ergänzung:

    Es gibt bei manchen Fernsehern extra USB-Buchsen für den Anschluss von z.B. externen HDDs , wo mehr als 500mA geliefert werden. Der Stick selber braucht meines Wissens nach knapp unter 1000mA ... also wenn der Fernseher eine solche Buchse hat, könnte es sich lohnen es an dieser mal zu probieren.
