MagentaTV App funktioniert nicht

Die MagentaTV App funktioniert nicht. Das Hauptmenü und die Suche sind nicht möglich (siehe beigefügte Bilder), EPG und Mein Konto klappen hingegen einwandfrei.  Wir haben die MagentaTV ONE 2. Generation, die tadellos funktioniert.
