MagentaTV App stürzt ab.

Hallo, 

Habe folgendes Problem, seit 2 Wochen stürzt die MagentaTV App wenn ich die öffnen will. 

Habe schon deinstalliert und neuinstalliert, aber das Problem besteht weiterhin.

Ich habe ein Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra und die Software ist auf dem neuesten Stand. 

Kann mir jemand vielleicht helfen??

      Hallo @Kari24 

      Bitte gehen sie folgende Schritte:

      • Einstellungen -- Apps -- MagnetaTV
      • Daten und Cache löschen
      • App deinstallieren
      • Handy neu starten
      • App installieren
      • Anmelden

      Danach sollte es beim erneuten starten von MagentaTV keine Probleme mehr geben.

       

      Denn ohne das Löschen von Daten und Cache , bleibt der Fehler vorhanden.
