Soviel ich weiß, muss für anschlussunabhängiges MTV eine Freischaltung durch die Telekom erfolgen, sofern MTV im EU-Ausland genutzt werden soll.

Könnte dies durch Nutzung eines VPN -Tunnels, z. B. Wireguard, "umgangen" werden und wäre dies rechtlich zulässig?
