MagentaTV Stick 4K UHD/Android TV Stick Wechselt in den TV-Modus nicht

Hallo Zusammen,

meine Frau kann nicht mehr in den TV Modus wechseln. obwohl auf der Fernbedienung das Haus ( TV Modus ) drauf ist, aber der funktioniert nicht. Wie kann ich die Einstellungen überprüfen? 

Auf eine Rückantwort würde ich mich sehr sehr freuen.
