Hi,

Today has been activated the package: Mag.Zuh. XL mit MagentaTV SmartStream. Internet is working fine, and I was able to create also accounts for Netflix, Disney+ and RTL+. However when I try to login to Magenta TV, I receive the message that no subscription is active, and first I have to subscripe to correct plan, but I have already the subscription (MagentaTV SmartS- tream mit über 160 TV-Sendern in HD, inklusive MagentaTV+ mit kostenlosen Serien und Filmen, TV Komfort-Funktionen).

How can I make Magenta to work with the current plan?
