Hallo,

laut Vertrag und schriftlicher Bestätigung sollten wir heute die Zugangsdaten bis um 21.00 Uhr für Netflix erhalten. Laut Hotline kommen die Daten erst übermorgen. Laut Vertrag und Bestätigung ist dies ein klarer Vertragsverstoß.
