Ich habe seit Jahren den Tarif Magenta TV Netflix für Euro 20,00.

Jetzt im Juli lautet die Rechnung über Euro 22,00.

Soweit, sogut. Ist die erste Erhöhung seit 3 Jahren und Euro 2,00 mehr ist auch absolut ok.

Was ich nicht verstehe, warum wird eine Preiserhöhung nicht vorher angekündigt?

Bin ich alleine und die Mail ist nur nicht angekommen oder ist das eher normal?
