Stimme und Sprache nicht synchron

Wenn ich über Magenta TV Stream 2.0 TV sehe(eigene Aufnahmen unde live TV) sind Stimme und Sprache meißt nicht synchron. Ich muss das Gerät neu starten, dann geht es eine Zit lang und dann tritt das Problem erneut auf.
Der Stream 2.0 TV ist per Lankabel angeschlossen.
Wer kann bei dem Problem helfen? Es nervt!!!
