Hallo. Ich bräuchte bitte eine Information.

Am 31.05.23 habe ich Netflix zu meinem bestehenden Festnetzvertrag hinzugebucht. Die Bestätigungsemail kam sofort, doch bisher keine weiteren Emails.

Ist das normal, daß die Auftragsbestätigung so lange dauert? Als ich Disney+ dazugebucht habe, ging das schneller.
