Ich möchte mein WOW Abo über Telekom kündigen. Die Premium Option ging ohne Probleme. Wenn ich WOW selbst kündigen will, bekomme ich nur das:
Das passiert, sobald ich auf den Kündigungsbutton drücke. Mit der Prmium Option hat dies aber nix zu tun, da es vor deren Kündigung auch schon so war. Ich versuche den ganzen Tag bereits das Paket zu kündigen (ist ja das monatliche Paket).
