Ich habe bei der Freischaltung Magenta TV im Shop keine Benutzer- PIN erhalten. Wie komme ich jetzt daran, ohne die umständliche IDPass zu nutzen, per Post oder Mail wäre mir egal- gibt es eine Adresse an die ich mich wenden kann?
