MagentaTV App: Performance Probleme auf Amazon Fire TV Devices

Die MagentaTV App wird auf einem Amazon Fire TV Device genutzt und der Start der App dauert länger als sonst? Die Navigation ist ungewohnt langsam, es kommt zu längeren Ladezeiten oder es treten Streaming-Probleme auf?

 

Das kann daran liegen, dass zu viele Apps im Hintergrund aktiv sind und dadurch der Speicher vollläuft. 

 

Um wieder ausreichend Platz im Speicher zu bekommen, kann man die entsprechenden Apps (welche im Hintergrund laufen) manuell schließen. 

 

Dafür geht man im Fire TV Menü auf 

 

  • Einstellungen

  • Installierte Apps verwalten

Nun wählt man die gewünschte App aus, die geschlossen bzw. deren Cache gelöscht werden soll.

 

Über "Stoppen erzwingen" wird die App im Hintergrund vollständig geschlossen.

Wichtig: Danach bitte auch auf " Cache löschen" gehen.

 

Gut zu wissen: Der Amazon Fire TV Stick wird ab Generation 1 und die Fire TV Box ab Generation 2 unterstützt.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
